1. I provide exercise testing from which to prescribe your training intensities. This enables you to train to elicit the best training effect. 2. I assess your flexibility, muscle strength and risk of injury, to design a workout that will strengthen your body and reduce risk of overuse injuries. 3. I design a progressive running program that will have you ready on race day. 4. Use my online training log and I can keep track of your training load on a weekly basis.
