In September 2009, I moved to Coeur d’Alene for a full-time position teaching Anatomy & Physiology at Gonzaga University. After taking a few months to get settled, I am ready to begin helping people in Coeur d’Alene. I have been helping people improve their health and fitness in Bozeman, MT from 2001-2009. In Bozeman, I was recognized for my signature ski conditioning class “Freeride Injury Prevention & Performance”. I worked as the strength & conditioning coach for Bridger Freestyle Team and helped the team to reduce their risk of knee injuries and improve their performance. Another area of interest for me is senior golfers. About 1/3 of the clients that I worked with in Bozeman were avid yet aging golfers. I worked with these golfers to stabilize their trunks (core) and joints, to better deal with the stresses that a golf swing can create. In every instance these golfers improved their game and experience reduced pain. My experience is built upon my foundation of a Master’s degree in exercise physiology and the “Gold Standard” of certifications, the American College of Sports Medicine Health/Fitness Specialist and the National Strength & Conditioning Association Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. To find out more about my education & experience you can check out my profile at LinkedIn or my resume at Visual CV. |
